Rockwater
Rockwater is a beach club, restaurant, and thanks to Sophie, the staple “3rd Place” within her community.
Sophie Corbett designed both Rockwater locations, in Hove and Branksome. Imagining a fully immersive environment, as your beachside home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully designed and meticulously considered. From the handcrafted tables to the weight of a water jug, and the cut of 450 uniforms, Sophie exemplifies how important every detail is for the hospitality industry.

A little about the design…
These crocheted lights were handmade in the mountains of Morocco, by a group of women artisans. Sophie adores these lights for the gorgeous palette, and tying together a space with ambience and originality.
From the custom designed furniture, to the crisply ironed aprons, and the fresh cut flowers on all the tables. Every part of the experience is considered.
